Deliveries within Germany:

We offer free shipping on all handmade drawings.

Deliveries abroad:

For the "Standard Shipping" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €9.99 per order.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 20 days, for deliveries abroad within 30 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

parcel service

Our art prints are sent to you as a DHL package. For deliveries abroad, delivery can also be made by UPS. After the handover to the respective parcel service provider, you will receive information about the shipment status of your parcel by e-mail.

collection

Collection must be made on the selected collection day and time slot. If the order is not picked up by the appointment, we will remind you of the pick-up by e-mail and/or telephone and set a grace period of one working day. Collection price: Free per order.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
